In general, the approval process would require Site Plan approval for the wastewater system or septic systems, Concept Plan approval, Preliminary Plat approval and Final Plat approval for the subdivision. The entirety of the Williamson County (WC) Zoning Ordinance, WC Subdivision Regulations, and the WC Stormwater Regulations, as well as other applicable County Regulations, will apply to the development.
