Beau Beach, MBA CCIM was a member of the team who represented the seller in this transaction.  The buyer completed a 1031 Exchange putting 42% down with financing from Credit Union One.  The deal traded at a 4.75% cap rate with a 2029 lease term.  The property was an infill development in 2019.  The property sold for $2,579,000 ($1,228/SF).  The property is located at 8235 W Bluemound Road in Milwaukee, WI.
