For many commercial property sales, both buyer and seller have attorney representation.  For that reason, we believe that every transaction should involve one broker and two attorneys.

We prepare the offer documents for our listings.  We’re happy to allow your attorney check our work.  To encourage this, we’ll pay $500 towards your legal fees when the deal closes.

Many buyers and sellers choose to proceed without attorneys as well.  In that situation, we’re able to lead you through the entire process from listing to close.
